Re: Oh, Maxine Waters! Waters, Rangel, and Jefferson.......what do they have in common? Yet, to their constituents, they are heroes. And Jesse Jackson wonders why there are more Blacks in jails than whites, per captia. All he has to do is to look at the people leading the Black community.
